12” EP Vinyl Cutting (Bespoke One-Off Cut)
Our 12” EP vinyl cutting service is tailored for one-off, bespoke cuts, ideal for DJs, producers, and collectors looking to bring their music to life on a physical format.
Each record is cut in real-time using our fully calibrated “Pinked” T560 cutting head, onto premium 2mm black blanks chosen for their low surface noise and consistent playback. The result is a clean, detailed cut with a finish that sits very close to pressed vinyl, while retaining the character of a hand-cut record.
We use classic black records for all EP cuts, allowing the groove spacing between tracks to remain clearly visible, perfect for DJs who rely on visual cueing and quick track identification during playback.
The Process
Ordering your bespoke cut is simple and flexible, giving you control over how your music is presented on vinyl.
Start by selecting your 12” EP format, then choose how your tracks are arranged across the record, whether that’s a 3-track layout or a 4-track configuration (typically 2 tracks per side).
You can then choose your preferred centre label finish:
- No centre label for a clean, minimal dubplate look
- White label for a classic white label aesthetic
- Custom printed labels using your own artwork
Once your options are selected, add to basket, complete checkout, and send over your audio.
Your record is then cut, checked, and carefully packaged before being shipped out.
Audio & Format Guidance
Cuts are available at 33 or 45 RPM, depending on your preference and track layout.
For optimal results, we recommend a runtime of 9 to 16 minutes per side. Keeping within this range ensures a better level, tighter low-end response, and improved groove definition.
If you’re unsure about layout or runtime, we’re always happy to advise before cutting to make sure you get the best possible result from your record.
