10″ Vinyl Cutting (1 Track Per Side)

Our 10″ vinyl cutting service is designed for one-track-per-side dubplates, offering an excellent balance between cutting level, clarity and groove space in a compact format.
Each record is cut in real time using our fully calibrated “Pinked” T560 VR cutting system, onto premium blanks selected for their low surface noise and consistent playback.

With one track per side, your music has more room to breathe, allowing us to achieve strong cutting levels, controlled low-end response and clear groove definition. The result is a loud, clean and dynamic record designed for real-world playback.
The 10″ format is ideal for DJs, producers and collectors who want their music on vinyl without moving up to a larger 12″ format.

The Process

Ordering your bespoke cut is simple and flexible.
Select your preferred vinyl colour and centre label option, then upload your audio and artwork after checkout via the intake form where required.

Your audio is optimised for vinyl and put through our test-cut and quality-checking process before the final record is cut, checked and carefully prepared for shipping.
Every cut is handled individually, with attention paid to groove spacing, overall level, low-frequency energy and the characteristics of your audio.

Audio & Format Guidance

Cuts are available at 33 or 45 RPM, depending on your track length and preferred playback style.
For the best overall cutting level, clarity and low-end performance, we recommend keeping runtimes to approximately 6 minutes 30 seconds per side.

Longer runtimes may be possible depending on the audio material and cutting requirements. If your track requires considerably more groove space, our 12″ format may be a better option.

For best results, we recommend:

• High-quality 24-bit WAV or AIFF files
• If you’re submitting your own production, include pre & post-master versions where possible
• Clean, unclipped masters with controlled low-end
• Mono-compatible low frequencies (below approximately 150Hz)

If you’re unsure about runtime, RPM or audio suitability, we’re always happy to advise before cutting.
All audio is carefully checked and, where needed, subtly optimised using our 20+ years of post-production experience to achieve the best possible cut.
