7” Vinyl Cutting (1 Track Per Side)

Our 7” vinyl cutting service is tailored for one-track-per-side dubplates, designed to deliver loud, punchy playback with maximum groove efficiency.

Each record is cut in real-time using our fully calibrated “Pinked” T560 cutting system onto premium blanks, selected for their low surface noise and consistent playback quality.

Due to the smaller groove area of the 7” format, careful optimisation is essential to achieve the best possible balance between level, low-end response, and playback performance.

This format is ideal for DJs, sound system use, dubplates, short-run singles, and collectors looking for an authentic 7” vinyl experience.

The Process

Ordering your dubplate is simple and flexible.

Select your preferred vinyl colour, centre hole format, and centre label option, then upload your audio and artwork after checkout via the intake form.

Each record is carefully cut, checked, and prepared by hand to ensure the best possible result before shipping.

Audio & Format Guidance

For best results, we recommend:

• High-quality 24-bit WAV or AIFF files
• If you’re submitting your own production, please include pre & post master versions where possible
• Clean, unclipped masters with controlled low-end
• Mono-compatible low frequencies (below ~150Hz)

For optimal cutting level and playback performance, we generally recommend runtimes of up to approximately 4 minutes 30 seconds per side.

Longer cuts may be possible depending on the audio material and playback speed, though this may require tighter groove spacing and lower cutting levels.

If you’re unsure, we’re always happy to advise before cutting to ensure your track translates correctly to vinyl.

All audio is carefully checked and, where needed, subtly optimised using our 20+ years of post-production experience to achieve the best possible cut.
